Online Billing

As the number of working mothers and two-income families continues to increase, the demand for quality child care increases as well.

The Division of Child Care Services has a number of responsibilities geared toward the child care providers in our state, including:

  1. Continuous funding cycle for Health and Safety grants.
  2. Child care assistance payments to child care providers caring for the children of qualifying families.
  3. Direct deposit of child care provider payments.
  4. Statewide training delivery system for subjects of interest to child care providers.
  5. Licensing and registration of child care providers.

Online Billing Option

The Division of Child Care Services is now able to offer South Dakota child care providers who are caring for children on the Child Care Services Direct Assistance Program the option of billing online.  Providers can submit a bill for the hours they care for subsidy children at their own convenience and without waiting for the mail.  For more information please complete the following form (all fields are required):
