To apply for Medical Assistance, contact the DSS Office nearest you, or call toll free at 1-800-305-3064.
If you are pregnant, you may apply for Baby Care Services by contacting your local Community Health Nurse (CHN). To find the office closest to you, call 1-800-738-2301.
