South Dakota Medicaid covers most medical services that are necessary to keep you and your family healthy. These include physical and behavioral health, dental, vision and transportation services.

COVID-19 & Unwinding the Continuous Coverage Requirement
During the COVID-19 federal public health emergency, federal regulations did not allow Medicaid coverage to close, even for recipients who were not eligible.
