Recoveries and Benefit Fraud

The Office of Recoveries and Fraud Investigations assists in
maintaining program integrity for the Department of Social Services by identifying and seeking reimbursement from third party resources responsible for providing benefits that the Department has already issued payment for.

The Office of Recoveries and Fraud Investigations also conducts investigations to ensure program benefits are obtained appropriately and within established guidelines.
