Certified Addiction Counselor: $250
Certified Prevention Specialist: $250
Licensed Addiction Counselor: $250
Renewal Fees
Addiction Counselor Trainee: $100 (annual)
Prevention Specialist Trainee: $100 (annual)
Certified Addiction Counselor: $350 (biennial)
Certified Prevention Specialist: $350 (biennial)
Licensed Addiction Counselor: $400 (biennial)
Dual Credential: $400 (biennial)
