The Board has established the following fees for testing and licensure. All fees are non-refundable.

• Application for Licensure
  • Social Work Associate: $90.00
  • Social Worker: $130.00
  • Certified Social Worker: $170.00
  • Certified Social Worker-Private Independent Practice: $210.00
• Examination
  • Please refer to the ASWB website at www.aswb.org to find out current examination fees. All examination fees are paid direct to ASWB.
    
• Renewal Fees (bi-annual)
  • Social Work Associate: $90.00
    
  • Social Worker: $130.00
    
  • Certified Social Worker: $170.00
    
  • Certified Social Worker-Private Independent Practice: $210.00
• Late Fee for renewing after the July 1 grace period deadline
  
  • Social Work Associate: $45.00
    
  • Social Worker: $65.00
    
  • Certified Social Worker: $85.00
    
  • Certified Social Worker-Private Independent Practice: $105.00
• Replacement License
  • $10.00 and a written request
  • Include copy of marriage certificate if applicable.
