The Board has established the following fees for testing and licensure.

Application Fees

• Plan of Supervision: $100.00
• Endorsement: $100.00
• Temporary Endorsement: $100.00

Biennial License Fees: $225.00

Inactive License Fees: $25.00

Temporary License Fees (Temporary Endorsement applicants only): $50.00

• Examination
  • The fee for national examinations (NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB) are paid directly to the national examination company.
