- Endorsement: $100.00
- Temporary Endorsement: $100.00
Biennial License Fees: $225.00
Inactive License Fees: $25.00
Temporary License Fees (Temporary Endorsement applicants only): $50.00

- The fee for national examinations (NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB) are paid directly to the national examination company.
