License Renewal

License Renewal is now open from October 1st to November 30th. All licensees must renew their license online. If a licensee plans to let their license expire, they are requested to inform the Board in writing of their intention to do so.

Before starting your renewal, you must have the following items ready to complete your renewal:

1. Your name as it appears on your license
   • If you are unsure, please check on the website
2. Your birthday
3. The last four of your social security number (SSN)
4. A credit or debit card
   • The online systems accepts Via, Mastercard, Discover or American express cards
5. Your continuing education requirements
   • Date of training, title of training, sponsor training, type of training (general or ethics) and number of hours
   • If you aren’t sure how many hours you need, please refer to our continuing education page.
6. Read and review the frequently asked questions about renewal.

To Complete the Renewal of your License Online:

1. Click on “Renew License”
2. Enter your last name, your date of birth, and last four of your SSN
3. Complete Renewal Form
   • Refer to frequently asked questions if any questions or concerns arise
4. Submit the renewal fee of $225 for each license you are renewing
5. Confirmation of your renewal and receipt will be sent to the email address provided during the renewal process

Board Approved Supervisor Status Renewal – Now Open

To Complete the Renewal of your Board Approved Supervisor Status Online:

1. Click on “Renew Board Approved Supervisor Status”
2. Enter your last name, your date of birth, and the last four of your SSN
3. Complete Renewal Form
   • You can find information related to continuing education on our website.
   • Please have date of training, title of training, sponsor of training and the number of hours
4. There is no renewal fee for board approved supervisor status
5. Confirmation of your renewal will appear at the end and you will receive confirmation in 7 – 10 business days
