Where do I find my SD MEDX ID Number?
Please have your provider enrollment or credentialing staff login to the Provider Enrollment portal to find your PE System ID number, formerly known as the SD MEDX ID. This seven digit number will start with a one, two, or three and is not the legacy number found on your remittance advice. This number can be found on the upper right side of the enrollment record.
